Cook Book step 1. Interview. Tues 26 November.
This was our first meeting with the residents of Abtswoude Bloeit. The students brought their own favorite food, camera (phone), notebook (also phone), questions prepared in English and Dutch etiquette ( how to: greet someone for the first time, and addressing an elder) in Dutch class. There was a bonus lesson in ‘event management’ when things don’t go the way you plan, and still it was fabulous! There were even more residents lining up to greet us and try the tasty treats.
