International School Delft has a close connection with Delft Technical University. Because of this partnership, you will get the opportunity to work on a variety of joint projects, often focused on design thinking. Design and technology are very important at ISD.
One – to – one laptop
When you start at ISD Secondary you will get your own MacBook. In addition to the usage of lesson books, the Macbook is used as a key learning tool. You will use the laptop for online lesson work, projects, assignments and research. Digital citizenship and acquiring 21st century skills are an integral part of the curriculum
Learning Dutch, French or Spanish
The instruction language at ISD is English. In addition to English, you will learn Dutch at ISD. Depending on your starting level you will receive lessons at Language acquisition level or at an advanced level. At ISD we offer lessons in French and Spanish as well.
After School Activities
At ISD there is a wide variety of after school activities students can participate in. The activities on offer change every semester and we aim to have something for everyone. Examples of activities you can choose from are: Karate, Lego, Drama, Chinese language and culture, Philosophy, Garden Club.
